Which mobile connection will be best to purchase in bhubneshwar ORISSA for 2 months??

As i m from punjab so i donot know abt it...

One of my friend is going to bhubneshwar for 2 months so he wants to know that which mobile company sim he should buy and which plan will be best..

he will require STD calls cheaper as he will call at his home in punjab ..
So which sim and plan provide best services alongwith cheaper money..

ALso how r gprs and internet on mobile i.e.wap internet plans there??

prob Aircel with it's promotions (if running will be cheaper) else you know Airtel anyway. Orissa is not a different nation, the prices would be more or less same as in punjab.
