Which laptop should i buy - HP 2049TX or HP 1000-1205TU

I need a laptop mainly for gaming and web browsing for work. Which one should i buy- Hp G4 2409TX [3gen i5 with DOS, it is 40k] or Hp 1000-1205TU [2gen i3 with Win8 & it is 32k]
