Which is the best Motherboard available???

Hello Friends!

I have a Pentium IV 2.8 Ghz. with an original Intel 865GBF motherboard. I am planning to buy one more and so wanted some help. Is the motherboard good enough for P4 or is there a better option available. Moreover, is there really any difference between an original Intel motherboard and a motherboard from some other company using Intel chipset. If not much, please also guide me as for which are the other good companies offering good motherboad with Intel chipset.

if you want to buy Intel Motherboards go for 915G Chipsets atleast. 865 are outdated. Let others answer for Motherboards other than Intel. BTW Other Company's Motherboards have more power packed into them.
