Which is better among this two?

I need a desktop PC for my friend within 35-40K. I can't decide whether to go for AMD or Intel ? Please guys help me to choose best

AMD vs Intel discussion is pointless if PC usage is unknown. Either post it there or mention separate budget for CPU and motherboard.

IMO Fx is better

Fx will offer better VFM than I3.. Especcialy if he wil be using Photoshop etc

Please let OP tell his requirements. FX is not always better.

Then Get the I3 3220. It has good single threaded performance.

i3 3220 is better suited than a10 5800k to daily tasks such as mentioned by OP.
For the motherboard, get Gigabyte B75M DH3 (4000).

Then Get the I3 3220. But the games are getting core hungry and therefore A10 5800K is a good Choice. @OP which gpu do you have and also tell us the budget for mobo and proc.
