which is best Graphics card for rendering under 15 k....

I`m a 3D animator.... and i used Autodesk 3ds max....and uses Vray as a renderer....
My pc configuration
Processor : AMD Phenom(tm)II X2 550 processor 3.10 Ghz
Ram : 4GB
Mother board :ASUS - - ASUS M4A78LT-M LE
Os :win7 64 bit.
current graphic card: ATI radon HD 5450

I m currently struggling a lot for rendering my work output in 3ds max as it take lot of time....... say like 1 hour for basic scene.......
so thought of upgrading or buying new graphic card...........
and i don't have much idea abt graphic cards..... my budget is 15k...... i just want good graphic card for my animation work........i m not at all interested in gaming.....

Plz guys help me with best graphic card which will make my rendering time quick and THANX IN ADVANCE

When it comes to 3Ds Max, get a nVidia GPU. Mental Ray, VRay all have support for CUDA so it will be beneficial.

However, if your rendering speeds are less then it is not due to GPU but your render settings. Try optimizing them. Maybe you are using too much GI or too many reflective surfaces.

i wud also like to ask u tht.......... tel me which is more beneficial from 2 cases,,,

1st upgrading my cpu from AMD Phenom(tm)II X2 550 processor 3.10 Ghz,,, TO,,, AMD FX 8350.......... keeping my gpu same as ATI radon HD 5450
or
2nd keeping my config same i mean cpu same and upgrading gpu from ATI radon HD 5450 ,,,,,,to,,,,, nvidia gtx 660........ ????????
