If its free what u want, than just go for Zone Alarm, itz the best u can get.

COMODO Personal Firewall...
I was using Zone Alarm till yesteryear. But the new year brought in COMODO.

I have used Zone Alarm(ZA) as well as Comodeo Personal firewalls.
I am more happy with Comodo.
