Which games (driving, flying) would you want to play but cannot find such a game?

Hovercrafts
Helicopters
Manned multirotors, flying cars, hoverbikes etc
ATVs

Are there good games with these?

The Comanche series from Novalogic was a good helicopter simulator series from back in the day. But no new games have been made in a long time now.
