Which dvd player to buy?

I'm looking for a reliable DVD player within Rs 3000 which can be used to play downloaded audio and video files.I intend to use it primarily for playing .avi,.mp4 and even .mkv files and so its essential for the player to be compatible with the aforesaid formats.It will be even better if it supports hd video files as i possess a sizable collection of HD videos.Is any such DVD player currently available in the market?
