I want to know that where can a Customer file a complaint against the Web Aggregator of Insurance like Policybazaar.com if they do some false promise with the customer about the Policy? Please let me know, if you have any information regarding this.

You can try consumer complaint?
Doubt you can find a loop hole in their big a$$ T&C sheets.
