where is my Quick Address book????????

hi,

i am using firefox and presently only i have noticed that my quick address book, that comes as a list box type when we compose messages is missing. as this was really a nice and quick way to add the addresses, i find it really annoying. is there any setting that will let me get my quick address book???

am using rediff and yahoo as my mailing site.

ok, if u wanna do that do the follwing:

ype about:config in the address bar.
Right click inside the page -> New -> String
Enter preference name: general.useragent.override (click OK)
Enter value: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) (click OK)
Restart

but beware, this will disbale javascript, so pls take a back up of ur profile. U wont be able to view Gmail in standard view. ur rich formatting text editor will also be disabled. No extension will help u.

if anybody else has a better solution pls post ASAP.

Facing the same problem, using opera. if anybody has same problem plese let others know. I thought that only I have the same problem and there's something wrong with my browsers configurations.

Yea Use Opera.........Its Simple & Stable!
I don't Use FF or IE so I dont have Any problem!
