Hangover of British Raj,all such laws(incl sedition,you can arrest them under terrorism related laws which are much more defined than sedition & requires some hard proof) need to be scrapped but no party attempt it.

Actually when it comes to terrorist activities the NIA has many powers just like uncle Sam's Patriot act which are justified. But yes this sedition shit needs to be scrapped but alas it will never happen.
