Where are Quadro Graphics cards Sold in India (online)

Right off the assembly line
Hello,

I have been trying to use Quadro graphics cards for my workstation with following features.. But couldn't find any online retailer. Please tell me if these (Quadro) cards are available in India ? I want to put 4 GB graphics in my workstation. If these are not available in India, I will go with GTX 680 dual cards

Intel 3.3 GHz LGA 2011 Core i7-3960X Processor
ASUS P9X79 PRO Motherboard
Corsair H100 Cooler
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10)


I am planning to use Corsair 400R Mid Tower Cabinet for this... Is this good enough to build this workstation ?

Also please suggest a good PSU for the above configs...
