Broken In
Hello,
to all of you.
I have a Note 4, running Android 5.0.1, actually some days ago, it restarts some times, and shows a message that internal memory of the phone is damaged then I removed the battery and restarts the phone, when it restarts everything seems fine, but when I opened the whatsapp, whenever I click some video it shows the message that "Sorry, this media file doesn't exist on your SD card" although I run whatsapp from internal memory, when I check the whatapp folder through the file manager, I found nothing in the "WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Video" folder, although all the images and messages are intact now, I tried to search the video files through es file explorer and also with Wondershare Dr.Fone but found nothing, the Dr.Fone program search some files but that don't run stating the message that video file corrupt.My device has root access.Now, please respected members, advice what to do now? How to recover files, because files are not showing but it still takes the space in the internal memory.Hope to see reply soon.
