What files were in RecycleBin?- Please Advice.

Hello,
to all of you.

I mistakenly deleted some files from the Recycle Bin, Actually I emptied the RecycleBin, and when it took too long to clean, I realized there must be some Important and Huge in size files were present, that I unknowingly deleted from the External Hard Disk. I hope you all understand what I am saying. I want to know Is there any way by which I can know that what files were in RecycleBin? I use Windows 7. Hope to see some reply soon.Thank You.

Recuva can recover files. But I don't know if it can specifically look into Recycle Bin's deleted files.

Pretty sure it can't. There's a list of deleted stuff and the "condition" they are in. The more you use your HDD the more those deleted ones are unrecoverable
