What are the parameters for a graphic card ?

There are so many versions of gfx card available in the market today. So what are the different parameters used to measure a graphic card? Initially i thought the video memory is the only thing that mattered. But then we have different graphic cards have same video memory but there is a lot of difference in their prices. Apart from the bandwidth (measured in bist), clock speed what are the other parameters on which we indentify a good gfx card

If some body could take differntiate the FX 6200. 6600 and 6800 on different parameters and give thier performance that will make us understand more clearly the picture
