Web development PC around 40k

So this one is for my friend:

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
Ans: Web development. So should be able to run multiple tabs in multiple browsers without a hitch. No or light casual gaming.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then please mention.
Ans: Rs. 40k

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Linux primarily.

5. How much hard drive / solid-state drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB SSD.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor?
Ans: No. Have a monitor. 23"

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy? i.e. which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Monitor, and peripherals. Only want to build tower.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Asap.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before?
Ans: Yes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Delhi

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Would prefer Intel chip. Already have a AMD based laptop. Also I think RAM would be required a lot.

AM4 would cost under 35k, AM5 would cost about 40k

Ryzen 5 5600GT & B550M Pro VDH / Ryzen 5 8500G & B650M PG Lightning

MD Computers and PrimeABGB are good, I have first hand experience with them. I have heard about few other sellers in forums like Vedant, PC Studio, Elitehubs, IT Depot, Vishal Peripherals. If you don't find the parts in Prime or MDC, check others as well.

If you're going for 1TB and price difference isn't much between SN770 and SN580, go for SN770.

One thing I forgot to mention is that we are looking for smaller form factor of cabinet. So micro ATX perhaps.

Many available mATX cases in market are not necessarily small. I guess you have to look for the size you have in your mind. I am using Corsair SPEC 01 which is a mATX case and the size difference between Forge 120A isn't that huge.

Alright. So update is that we want to buy from physical store, for various reason. Our plan is to try to get all components from one store, SMC International.
But not all components seems to be available. So tweaking some components here is the list we came up with.

Among these, PSU doesn't seem to be available in SMC, so maybe I will look for it at other stores in Nehru place.
How is the RAM chosen?
We have gone with a smaller form factor cabinet, Mini Mid-Tower. Thoughts?
Couldn't find WD Blue, so choose black. Is it better?

You can check if any of these PSU available Corsair CX, Deepcool PB series.
6000Mhz CL30 isn't that rare and expensive, should be able to get it. Check if the seller can source one for you.
I have bought one Ant esports cabinet for my cousin, it's quality isn't that good. For iGPU build and emphasis on smaller case in budget, may be okay, I guess. But there are cheaper option from the same brand, Ant Value VM10
Yes, SN770 is better than SN580.

You sure okay with 2 DIMM slots? 4 slots board is about 1-1.5k more.

Yeah looking for 4 slots board. Will checkout the mentioned cabinets.

Though the mentioned cabinet is cheaper, the design isn't good. Ignore that model.
