Use a Good Download Manager... and if with services like Rapidshare use a good fast connection... as most of the time its the fault of corrupt download... therefor redownloading it most of the time works out...
I know this sounds foolish, but sometimes if you "Test" all the archives (with Winrar itself) you will be surprised to see that the problem has been solved...I am telling it from my personal experience
