Wanted external hdd

I WANT TO BUY AN EXTERNAL HARD DISK OF 1TB WITH A BUDGET OF 5K
WHICH IS GOOD SEAGATE OR WESTERN DIGITAL?
I ALSO WANT USB 2.0 AND 3.0 IN THAT...

WHETHER THE PRICES OF EXT HDD WILL BE LOW AFTER 1 OR 1/2 MONTHS?

prizes are expected to come down but not sure how much time it will take...
for external hdd, seagate is more recommended than western digital as wd has got its usb port directly soldered to drive which make it difficult to restore data in case the port gets damaged

i use a WD my book and its working fine.. u can go anyone of these. both are reliable. only price matters
