Its actually not too bad. One of my school computers (well most of them actually) have a dual core Pentium with no hyperthreading, 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz and a 500GB HDD. It actually works decently. There is a noticeable lag when switching quickly between apps, but it's not as bad I thought. It runs on version 21H1 as well.For Win7 or even Win8, HDDs are still ok. Heck I tried Win10 2015 version on a laptop HDD a year ago & that was working well enough. Current Win10 needs an SSD as must.
