should support ddr2 rams . gigabyte and asus motherboard preferred .
max budget 1000-1200 , depending on age and condition .

^You'll be hard pressed to find decent g41 chipset based boards,let alone g45 boards in the market at present.Even if you do find one that's in good working condition and is free from any possible defects,it will cost you atleast Rs 2000.

under those circumstances , i will rather buy a motherboard and processor .
because i have bought g41 based mother board for less than 3000 3.5 years ago .
