Care to explain your usage? What motherboard do you have?

Also, I hope you understand that CPU means only the microprocessor and not the cabinet or the components inside it.

If you have LGA 1150 socket motherboard, go for i5-4440.

Thank bro replying. I need a complete CPU with all the components in it I.e a completely new CPU with a good looking cabinet. My usage will be basic computing needs with a WiFi. I will be working on like Auto Cad, MATLAB, CORAL Draw & basis multimedia for songs & movies.
Also help me out for a 2.1 speakers system & also suggest me if I should buy windows os CD or not , becoz I HV heard that windows 10 will be freely available to all
