want to build PC's for Office Staff

I want to build PC's for my office staff. it will only be used for browsing and MS Office. Please suggest me configurations in budget range

If you want workstations for enterprise level work, then its better to get branded PCs instead of assembling. That way the manufacturer will provide warranty and support for the whole setup, thus reducing your liability in case of individual hardware failures.
