Want cpanel OR Any free control panel

I m using windows XP Pro Sp2 and installed easyphp as server. I m learning web technologies and wanted a control panel to work on easyphp and on windows.

I wanted to have cpanel x but could not find it on net... I used google to search.. Can u give me link from where i can download cpanel X...

Also give links to other control panels which will work on my system config (windows + easyphp)..

Cpanel is the Web Server control panel system to manage a Entire Web Server with feature like HTTP Server / Email server / FTP server / DNS Settings....

No CPanel is not a Free software how ever u can test it at, here, *www.cpanel.net/products/cPanelandWHM/linux/try_cp_whm.htm

1st of all u dont need any panel !!! why would u need it ??
