Want a good laptop within 40K

Right off the assembly line
1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)
INR 35-40K

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?
Netbook; 11" - 10” screen or less
Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen
No preference.

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?
Heavy editing with Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator etc.

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
At least Core i5 with dGPU.

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: HP, Lenovo
b. Dislike: Dell, Acer, Asus

6) Anything else you would like to say?
Screen resolution ( 768p (HD) / 900p / 1080p (Full HD) )
Actually may not get much options within this budget but will prefer FHD

Battery back up ( normal (3-4hrs) / extended (5-7hrs) )
No preference.

Purchase place ( Online (eg - flipkart, infibeam) / Local / Abroad (do mention the country) )
Don't want to purchase it from online due to some poor experience. Want to buy it from local market in Kolkata.

Last year I've bought a Y510P (i5 version) @ INR 58300 from a local store and was really satisfied with the performances. But unfortunately after a couple of months of use, one of the s rew base has been broken and claimed for ADP.......... Long story cutting short....... Lenovo recently refund me the entire amount due to unavailability of the required parts.

Now I'm really surprised to see that there is nothing comparable to Y510P below 60K. So I've decided not to waste money on fancy configuration and less powerful configuration.

I also don't want any OS pre installed because I've already got a Windows 10 Pro licence. So kindly help me with your valuable opinions.

One more thing I've found the below model @ approx 39K. Kindly suggest me if it is a good choice:

One more thing I want to know. Which GPU is better between Nvidia 820M & AMD Radeon R5 Series M330 in real life operations?
