Wanna buy E51..some clarifications

I was just going to buy e51 this Saturday and decided to Google some more and found this

The users have experienced many bugs in e51...Can anyone share his experience regarding it(plz share only if u have used this phone..i dont want CONS to be listed from other sources)
And is audio quality really bad.Well i posted these requirement in some other thread so re-posting in case u can suggest a better one:


"Can anyone comment on audio quality of E51 .i want wifi so cant go with 5700 or n73me..I also heard n73me is too sluggish. I will compromise with the screen. well my primary requirements PRIORITY WISE
1. Audio Quality(very very Important)
2. Symbian Os (i get bored of same stuff so basic intention is to get many 3rd party apps to run)
3. wifi
4. Video playback
5. Battery life
6. Expandable memory
7. Camera ( 2 MP will do)

Budget is 11k-12k( I know its insufficient ...that is why i found e51 to be best).. I wanted to buy an SE phone but most if them dont have symbian.
W950i was good but it didnt have camera then"

Now lemme tell u i will not get a new phone for four years after buying this one so the decision must be correct and the phone must be future proof .

What do want more from a handheld device??? E51 everything.....
Music in E51 is not good neither it is bad. It has real meaning of handheld device, why sud it shout a loud becoz it's for personnel use.

If you want huge sound check for China Mobile and blow up the street.

Ihatemyself your requirements are difficult to meet in your budget. Tell you what. Buy the E51 and get a small music player like the Creative Zen Stone or iPod Shuffle.

e51 aint good for music but for phone calls the voice quality is good.

@krazzy...I have ipod shuffle. i dont want to keep two gadgets wid me. But what do u say abt htc3400. some guy recommended me that phone. Is it better than e51 .will i have to compromise any requirement for that?
@dhanusaud i dont think i said loud..i just said audio quality (to be more precise from ear buds)

N73 is not sluggish in the latest fw but lacks wifi. Y dont u chk out the htc fones. Dont know though whether it has wifi in the 11k handset

HTC 3400 does not have wi-fi.

BTW iPod Shuffle is quite small. You'll easily be able to carry it with your phone. Just clip it to your pocket or something.

^^^ its difficult to compromise wifi..but if i do so then is htc 3400 gud enuf .....i mean comparing with e51 or is there a better option for me without wifi.But it must be a smartphone with good audio quality in my range.It feels so weird to carry a smartphone and shuffle along with it

Forget HTC. Just get the E51, get a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter and use good quality earphones like Creative EP630. Unless you're an audiophile, I think you'll be pretty satisfied with the sound quality.

^^^ thats what im asking why do u think so..i mean i saw the only diff is sdram and wifi AFA i am concerned..Now the question is how is audio quality of HTC 3400

E51 is slimmer, lighter, sexier. 3400 looks like a battle tank in comparison. Plus E51 is Symbian S60 whereas 3400 is Windows Mobile. Audio quality? No idea.
