Can some let me know what is difference between these 2 ? Both show model as 55UT. And any reviews for this particular model?

Vu Ultra 4K is an excellent TV. I have the 2021 Ultra 4K model and still runs good. Android OS has become a bit slow after long use but rest of the TV has no complains.

2022 model has better specs and excellent warranty support

WebOS + IPS panel interesting - UT model. I think premium vs ultra is just amazon vs FK option, but same model. Used to happen earlier as well.

Older 55" 4K model had VA panel & was one of the best budget panels.

If you need wider viewing angles, IPS is better, else for picture quality, usually VA is better.

I don't have use for built in os as I already have amazon firestick.

One has web os, other has android os,

Webos has 40w soundbar, android os.model has 30w but it is dolby audio
Webos model 1 yr warranty, android os model 3 yr warranty.

WebOS OS, 1.5 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory, G31 Graphics processor

Android OS, 2 GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory, Mali 470 MP3 GPU Graphics processor

For me, as I said picture clarity and sound is.more important. On-board ram graphics processor is immaterial to me

The android model does not have headphone jack. Or.maybe it is not mentioned.

From what I can see, its 33k with 1 year warranty vs 40k with 3 year warranty, both running webOS (FK ones).

33k one on amazon is same as FK one with other one from amazon being OOS (so ignore). All 3 are IPS. Avoid 1.5GB RAM models IMO, but Fire stick 4K will ignore internals though.

I'll pick older Vu, non UT model with android OS as that likely has VA unless you need wider viewing angles.
