VPN for buying games in other regions

I used Hola a lot in the olden days for buying games from other regions. Now that its bad and proven multiple times, I wanna switch to something other than Hola. I was mostly out of the loop in past 6-9 months and because of that I have missed all the discussions on various sites about the next better thing other than Hola.
As you people are not out of the loop, please suggest me good VPNs which are Free

Yeah I checked. Mexico is there so good for Origin games, I want Russia for GOG games.

You will never get Free and good together. If you are using a product for free, then you are the product. Anyway avoid entering login details/ payment details while in VPN.

First login, then change VPN, buy, pay using paypal. that would be the safest.

Or use paid VPN.

Paying for something that I don't usually use much seems pointless to me. At most I'll use these services once or twice a year at most and that too for the games that are not available for my region like DAI. With Steam regional pricing VPNs are hardly useful to me. In olden days I used to buy from Nuuvem using these but now prices are more or less the same and not worth the effort.
For GOG I might use VPN but then I don't buy much from there. That is why searching for those rare moments of 2-3 hrs sales.

I am guessing you are talking about Fallout 4 and it isn't on GOG, maybe in future it might come.
Also point to be noted is that GOG keys won't activate on steam.

Both of them are not available on GOG either.
Well keys won't activate on Steam, they'll activate on GOG and you can download DRM free version of that game at your wish from GOG and install and play. You don't have to be online to install or play any SP game at all. Even in case of MP game, it'll install perfectly and you can play the SP content without any problem. For online play only you have to be online which is quite obvious.
