Voice recording app for Windows phone

I'm completely new to Windows phone platform. I was looking for a voice recorder. But I couldn't find default app that is usually seen on android. Is there any default app or do we need to download thirty party app? Can someone tell me user friendly yet really good voice recording app?

Yes there is a problem, i am unable to find the recorded sound in FILES. I want those to be stored and available in FILES so that i can share it on WhatsApp

According to me, Voice Recorder Pro+ is the good app for windows phones. One of my friends is using this but I like to use android phones.

Yes there's an application called "Perfect Recorder" which records sound and after that you can physically make it accessible in the SD card. In the wake of recording the sound, you've to go to the recorded document in the application and tap on it for few moments and afterward select "save to Music"
