virus!! plz help

Broken In
the virus name is win32/plexus.b.worm . i have e-trust antivirus but it is not curing it . i have site many siites for virus removing tool ,but i don't find for this one. i have 2000 operating system

Visit *www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_PLEXUS.B and *vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_126167.htm to know more about the virus. At Trend Micro, you can get some information about how to manually remove the virus. I also could not find any removal tool for it.
