Virtualization PC

hi Digit Team,

i need to work on virtualization and hence i need to build a PC that helps me to work on new Virtualization software
like VMware. i want to install Esxi 4.1 or 5.0 on it
i have very old system present with P4 and 512mb ram so i will use it as a Vsphere client to create Vm on Vmware Esxi

my budget is Rs 25000
please assist me and configuration of the Motherboard and CPU
i like AMD CPU but please let me a resonable one as my budget is less
i want a 8GB ram as i will share the memory with different VMs
also a HDD with least 500GB

i am preparing for VCP

please guide for the configuration
probably i would buy given configuration from Lamington road
