I suggest VCD cutter or VCD clipper or u can try Virtual dub. HAPPY COMPUTING

It's depending on the format of your VIDEO.

How about one for splitting AVI files at the required locations? Do we have any good free ware to split AVI files? The ones that I use take a long time and give me the option to split the file based on certain seconds rather than where I want to like how I could do with VCD Cutter. Unfortunately VCD Cutter doesnt support AVI files!
