Vapor-X HD 7950 vs GTX 670 (used)

Okay, so a member wants to resell his gtx 670 to me for 22k. I'm currently going for Sapphire Vapor-X HD 7950. Since he claims a 30 month warranty period is left, it's not used much.
So what do you guys think? Which card should I go for?
