Vantec Spectrum 120mm UV LED

I was on the hunt for a case fan and the most obvious one was the Antec iLlumination case fans. I ordered an 80mm from ebay for 800 bucks. Unfortunately (or fortunately) he didn't have red in stock and I didn't want blue.

So then I stumbled upon the vantec spectrum. The 80mm costs 500 while the 120mm costs 800 bucks. These are duo tone UV LED fans.

The Build quality is excellent. You can feel the sturdy finish just by holding it.

Noise emission levels are almost non existant. It says 30DBa but I can't hear anything even if I put my ear to it.

An overall excellent buy.

Note: Internal blue light is just one of those neon round tubes which one puts under a bike/car....

FYI, that is not a CD as everyone thinks it is. It looks like that in the pic. It is in fact the fan in question...
