Someone is selling me used ViewSonic® 19" LCD for Rs 7800. I want to purchase it.

2:- It only supports upto 1440x900 screen resolution!
3:- It is Analog? What difference would be there if it was Digital?

6:- Any Feedback from the "VA1912w ViewSonic User"?

I can't understand why are you thinking so much to buy an VIEWSONIC monitor,it is fast developing nowadays in contrast with SYNCMASTER monitors.90 percent we are using analog monitors.Although digital monitors are fast and produce clear images, they cannot display continuously more colors.Only low-quality Video standards such as MDA, CGA and EGA digital signals. VGA and SVGA, on the other hand, require an analog monitor. Some monitors are capable of accepting either analog or digital signals.
