Urgent! Need to purchase a MOBO

Hi Guys

I got the C2D E7300, Transcend 2GB 800mhz RAM and 500 GB HDD..

Now i need to purchase a good mobo and graphics card. My plan is to save up and buy the graphics card mid Jan.. and currently buy a good Mobo with integrated graphics. Exams are going on now and I need a PC just for normal project work and browsing, will get into gaming in Jan.. Wanna get the HD4850 then when it gets more affordable..

Suggest a good mobo within around 5k or so, for now.

I would chose the ZOTAC GF9300-A-E with nvidias 9300 graphhics...i think you can get it for 5k.
the GIGABYTE GA-EG43M-S2H looks quite good with x4500HD graphics..its a 100$ everywhere but dunno indian price but i think it will be 5-6k
Theres also the older G33 based GIGABYTE GA-G33M-S2L
you can also try the ASUS P5N-EM with 7100
