you sure you can reach 4.00+ mark with just a hyper 212+?
you need at least Hyper N620 @2.6k
and its better to go for Noctua NH-U12P-SE2 @ 3.5k-4k

Ok So I am Going For HYPER N620

N620 is not available anymore. Your only option is Ebay. Better to go for Noctua. And for graphics card, go for MSI R6850 Cyclone. Stay away from XFX.
