Urgent: Genuine or Not (RAM)

1) I ordered RAM (Seller: Cost2Cost) for my Lenovo G50-45 laptop from Amazon India
This is what I ordered: Kingston 8 GB RAM FOR LAPTOP 1600MHZ PC3L: Amazon.in: Electronics

2) Today I received order from Amazon India but when I checked the ram, no where kingston is written, there is a SAMSUNG logo on it.

3) When I contacted the Seller (Cost2Cost). He replied:
Kingston never manufacture the RAM they only market the same.
Here in this case they uses SAMSUNG chip-set, it is 100 % sold, market and support by KINGSTON for all warranty.

4) When I contacted Kingston, they replied: This is Samsung RAM not Kingston Product.


Please help me, what should I do?

Return it and order a different one.

This is NOT amazon fulfilled. Therefore, I have to send the courier directly to seller.

Keep the communication between you and the seller saved, also save the product page and use that to create return under "Item different than received"
