Why does it not work in India? It will but without any warranty.

Only a fool will buy without warranty that too a HTC not any Samsung Flagship at least.

Why do you want that phone so badly it is not dirt cheap also getting a phone without warranty doesn't make any sense. HTC is well known for worst after sales service.
