Hi Guys,

The model is about 1.5 years old, it was replaced few months back. Now again the backup is very very low. The customer centre says that it will be on some payable basis but if we can make it a doa product without any physical damages then they can replace it for free because as per their policy if the product is not working at all then the replacement is 100% free. Any suggestions?

take it to a trained electrician-he will know what needs to be done to make it completely dead or "Doa" as you like to call it.
