Upgrade to Latest COnfiguration Info - Help

Hello Friends, I would like to upgrade my
p4 2.4ghz, 512ddr, 80gb, gigabyte motherboard , nvidia 64 mb geforce 2x
to some latest configuration which would enable me to
play some games like

TRUE CRIME NEWYORK, THIEF 3, price of persia latest.

Can anyone tell me which graphics card and motherboard i should go for gaming in such a way i wont need any upgrade for atleast 2 years.

Kindly tell me motherboard which are core2duo and vista compatible too

i only know the motherboard for best games, you use ASUS Motherboard 865.

FOr Intel May Be P5N-E SLI (8k) or Higher end, P5N32-E SLI (13k) motherboard from asus, and 8800 GT (18k) card from XFX
