unidentify problem in IBM laptop

1.my laptop is automatically going to logoff while i am trying to logon.
2.access IBM is not accessing

Are u getting any message before logging off..??Are u just logged off or ur laptop shut downs..??Tell us some symptoms like that we can help u.

Windows Activation not done

Please provide the details of ur system when u ask so that people can give relevant answers... I suppose u use Windows Xp n that Windows XP has not been activated within 30 Days period... If u have reasons to think otherwise then kindly provide the details of ur question.
