MSI after sales support is bad recently,if it works then tomahawk is the best mobo but if you needed support in 3 years warranty then be ready to face hell. Other good options are:
Buy ASUS TUF B450M-PRO GAMING at Lowest price in India - mdcomputers.in costtocost nehru place price ~9200

Buy Online Asrock B450 Pro4 AMD AM4 Socket Motherboard lowest price in india at www.theitdepot.com confirm availability over phone & if available then order it immediately,2nd best mobo after msi tomahawk/mortar but usually always out of stock so get it when it is available else may take months to get back again in stock.

Use sbi YONO app+sbi debit/credit card offer today(last day of sale on amzon) to get 15% off(10% cashback to be credited to sbi bank acc on 15th march 2020+5% cashback in amazon pay wallet). Must use YONO app & login into amazon inside YONO app to add products & make the payment using sbi card. You can get Ryzen 3500 for 10k & ryzen 3600 for 15k. Use the remaining amount to buy graphics card.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3500 - 11k

Mobo - Asrock B450 Pro4 ATX - 7k*

RAM - 1x8GB DDR4 3200MHz - 2.5k

GPU - Asus RX 580 4GB - 11k (link)

SSD - Kingston A400 120GB 2.5″ - 1.6k (Don't use OS on HDD)

PSU - Corsair CX550 - 4.5k

Cabinet - Cooler Master/Antec/corsair mid tower ATX - 3k

Total - 40.6k

*ASUS TUF B450M Pro Gaming at 8k is another great option, both need the latest BIOS to run 3rd gen Ryzen CPUs though.

Add another RAM stick if the budget allows, dual-channel RAM helps with improving fps by 10-20% depending on the game. R5 3600 costs 17k, but 3500 is good for the price, should have better gaming performance than older Ryzen 5 due to newer architecture.

Except to play a lot of games at 1080p high/ultra 60fps.

UPDATE: Planning to put in a but more and get a better setup.

New Suggestion request please::

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600x or Ryzen 7 2700x - around 20k

Mobo - Please suggest

RAM - 2x8 gb DDR4 3200MHz - 2.5k x 2, I guess

GPU - Asus RX 580 4GB - 11k (link) Same or other, suggest per the processor please

SSD - I have SSD so don't need :) (have the Kingston SSD 240GB 2.5)

PSU - Corsair CX550 - 4.5k Is 550 enough will 600-700 be better ?

Cabinet - Corsair Carbide SPEC-03 4.5K

Neo

.
R5 3600 (no need to over spend in 3600X, put that money towards a decent CPU cooler)
MSI B450 Mortar Max
Corasair LPX 2 x 8GB 3200
RX5500XT (should be available soon around 13k) or a 1660 Super (if you can fit it in budget)
CX550 is more than enough

Neo

.
Solid performer. More cores/threads, so if you're looking to build a workstation PC, 2700 would be more suitable.

For better all round performance, 3600 is the way to go.

Get the 3600

R5 3600 is enough, as others have already pointed out.

The 2 mobos I previously recommended are still solid budget choices for 3600. For X570, Asus Prime X570-P for 15.5k is a great budget X570 (IMO, not required, unless you can't get a latest BIOS flashed B450 mobo). MSI had a lot of horror experiences with RMA & a lot of issues with 3rd gen Ryzen initially, so better avoid it.

RX580 is good enough, pretty good value at 11k, but if you can spend more, get Zotac GTX 1660 Super for 19k.

550W is still enough for R5 3600 + 1660 Super, get Antec Earthwatts 650W 80+ Gold for 6.7k or so, if you can spend on a better PSU.
