Unable to signup for Google play store developers account

Hi, I am an android app developer. I want to signup for Google playstore developers' account to submit my app. But when I try to pay the registration fees for it, it says "Invalid credit card". I am using my SBI Visa Debit card. How do I go around this problem? Which card do Google play store accepts in India? Please reply asap, it's urgent.

SBI's card's are useless crap. Get Axis or ICICI bank CC/DC.

I will go for a Axis bank DC then. Normal DCs would work, right? (I mean I heard there are special cards like gold, silver etc. debit cards)

Axis card should work other wise you have to checkout ICICI bank.
