Where exactly you are trying to install Windows?
What is the source of installation?
How have you partitioned your disk?
Is it a dual boot?
Tried...UEFI Enable/ DisabledYour mobo is set in UEFI only mode that is why you are getting this error, change it to compatibility/CSM/legacy mode(check in your mobo bios boot settings).
Change the partition to GPT..Recently facing Partition Error while installing Windows 7.
Note: Previously installed several times never faced this issues.

Is the hard connected to sata port of the mobo?Have you restarted the pc after disabling UEFI in mobo bios?Which software you used to create bootable win 7 pen drive? Is there some CSM/legacy option in your mobo bios,if yes then enable it.
Win ISO size has no relation with GPT/MBR,I think you are confusing it with NTFS/FAT32(FAT doesn't support files larger than 4gb).This happen as the windows ISO installation file size increased..

Convert MBR to GPT or vice versa
Mention exact system specs(processor & mobo model). Also mention how these two WD hdd were connected before & working.

Changing between MBR & GPT is risky even when using tool suggested above, better take a back of important data first. Windows can only be installed on a hard disk directly connected to sata port of mobo so no hard disk casing for win install.
It is not windows which is GPT but your mobo bios.Win 10 needs GPT only if mobo is set to UEFI only mode or the hdd you are installing on is larger than 2TB(because that requires GPT).Last year, I installed redstone 4 and it was GPT
Win 7 32bit does not support booting from GPT(irrespective of UEFI enabled or not) but win 7 64bit does support booting from GPT media with UEFI enabled. If I was not wrong, Windows 7 should be installed on legacy BIOS hard drive. I got it fixed by disabling UEFI and Secure boot in BIOS. Windows 7 has no GPT issue, which is for Windows 10
