two ram module with diff frequency

i have 256 mb 266Hz hynix(OEM) and i m planning to buy 512 MB 400Hz ZION
will they both work on my asrock 845gv chipset mobo,

it wont matter me if they both run at 266Hz :?

just sell 266 one and buy 2 ram with same freq. 266Mhz is slow for big application like CorelDraw, Photoshop and modern applications.

as i said i have 845 chipset mobo which dosnot support ram speed more than 266Hz, however i can overclock the rams to 333Hz, but i just fried one of my friends ram (128mb 266Hz Hynix(OEM)) so i dont want try it again

r u sure the freq mismatch wont matter.my friend had a similar problem.his mobo is i810e ,600Mhz procc and had SD RAM 128MB @ 100Mhz .when he got another 128 MB @ 133 Mhz, he had lots of problems and ultimately had to ditch it .
