Tweak for Win 7 HB

I have Win 7 HB
I have installed
1)Rainmeter
2)Objectdock.
Please tell me some more good tweaks or some good themes for these mentioned above/Thanks

For Rainmeter: Bestest theme/Skin - Omnimo 4 - Omnimo UI for Rainmeter (Gives you a bit of Win 8 look, prominently the Start screen look)

For others I don't have idea.

How do i make the icons in the task bar say what it is.Like in windows xp.(it will be easier for my parents).
