TV Tuner S/W help Needed?

I have a pinnacle pctv sterio tv tuner card. The software came bundeled with this card only support Windows XP. I am unable to run this software in win98se. I am able to install drivers. Suggest a freeware TV Viewing Software for windows 98.
Also Theses programs are not working
Virtual Dub
Ati Multimedia Center...
Freeware is best but a shareware will do fine.
ALSO I need a freeware or shareware animated gif creater and editor.
Please Suggest the software and download link if possible.

try chris tv, the pro version is a 30 day trial but the lite version is a freeware. Should work with Win98 too. www.chris-tv.com
