tsonic 630 playlist error. help!!

Right off the assembly line
i am not able to add songs to playlist on my tsonic 630 mp3 player.
every time i add songs to the playlist, the mp3 player hangs and the screen becomes blank(the light on the keys remain). plz help me!

Go to the Transcend website,download the latest firmware for your 630 and install it.
