whenever i switch on my laptop there is a whistling noise after which the laptop requests to be opened on safe mode or gives me option of opening it in F8 mode-when i select F8 i therafter select open windows normally and then the laptop boots in and the noise stops-someones told me this is a battery defect and some mini battery installed inside( not the main one ) needs a change-is it so.one shopkeeper who is authorised service centre of toshiba changed my keyboard abt 6 months ago but the problem has returned.im a newbie as far as laps go.please advise
