to Buy or Replace battery - APC UPS

I have an APC UPS for my desktop. Its the ES650 model. Its been over 4 years now and the battery backup doesn't even last for 2 minutes.

Should I get a replacement battery or just buy another brand UPS?
The replacement costs Rs 1800 and I have to replace it myself. I am also not sure if the issue is with only with the battery.

If buying a new UPS, which brand/model is good now?
